The rave scene has been well and truly shocked by the news today that Trent and Ambah have broken up over the weekend.
The power couple, known for promoting every event imaginable, were considered the jewel of the rave scene by many having been on a bender ever since they met.
“I don’t get it, couples who rave together are meant to stay together.” said their mutual friend Shiraz. “When they first met Ambah was high as fuck from candy flipping. She thought Darren was a majestic unicorn that shits ice cream, it was meant to be. They partied every week together with a giant loving smile on their face, surely it wasn’t just the MDMA. I never saw this coming in the 7 weeks they were together.”
“She was alright ay” said Trent recounting their relationship. “I knew I had to end it though when she didn’t think Defqon getting rid of the Black stage in Australia was a big deal. I don’t know how someone could be so insensitive about the greatest tragedy to have struck our generation. She’s pretty much dead to me now.”
Many in the rave scene are praying they get back together but rumour has it Ambah has already moved on to someone with a superior Muzz. The rave scene will never be the same again without them.
