In what could be a world first over the weekend a man’s blindness was cured by lasers at a rave.
The astounding miracle happened at an underground event called Laser Dome in the UK, a small rave promoting itself as having the most powerful lasers in the world.
“It’s amazing, they were playing Colors by Headhunterz when a laser shot me straight in the eyes and all of a sudden I could see for the first time in 3 years” said Stevie Munter. “I’d never even seen a rave before as I only started going after I became blind. It was the most beautiful thing I’d ever seen until I started looking at the crowd around me. The sweaty faces aggressively gurning with dinner plates for eyes looking back at me, it will haunt my dreams for years to come. I don’t think I’ll be going back to one any time soon.”
“It’s taken some time for him to adjust to life being able to see again” said Stevie’s partner. “This entire time he thought a mannequin he mistakenly took home was his best friend that just didn’t talk very much. We never had the heart to tell him otherwise.”
